Miley Cyrus is the type of star little girls should look up to, instead of the Britney's, Lindsey's, JamieLynn's and Wino's of the world. Miley took time away from her busy Hannah Montana Best of Both Worlds Tour to visit with children at Georgetown University Medical Center and Children's Hospital. She spent time posing for pictures and signing autographs for about 100 children and their parents.
