If you or I were in the hospital for a 72 hour lockdown, we'd be there for, well, 72 hours. Not Britney Spears though. The over privileged popwreck was let out of Cedars Sinai Hospital this morning less that 36 hours after being placed into a 5150 72 hour hold at the hospital, and being put under psychiatric evaluation against her will.
TMZ reports that prior to being released, Britney was "throwing a fit" on the 7th floor of the hospital, stating that she wass demanding to leave, screaming at the staff, will not lie or sit still, and told she pulled her IV out and is out of control. Another source at the hospital told TMZ she could be heard yelling at various staffers and she was described by nurses as being "difficult."
She was even walked to her car by the devil him self Dr. Phil, yes, the same Dr. Phil who loves the Britwreck's mother and praises her parenting skills.
Dr. Phil released this statement to E.T. after the visit."My meeting with Britney and some family members this morning in her room at Cedars leaves me convinced more than ever that she is in dire need of both medical and psychological intervention. She was released moments before my arrival and was packing when I entered the room. We visited for about an hour before I walked with her to her car. I am very concerned for her."
And, as if all this media attention weren't enough, Britney went for a pointless drive around town just three hours after being released. Take my picture ya'll! Who does that?
