Apparently there are a lot of kiddies and parents out there who don't care that 16 year old Jamie Lynn Spears is preggers. The star of the Nickelodeon show Zoey 101 announced on December 18, 2007, through OK! Magazine, that she was 12 weeks pregnant. Rumors have gone back and forth since then that the show may be canceled. If ratings have anything to do with it though, I am gonna guess not. The New York post reports that the show's season finale "Goodbye Zoey", which aired on Friday, had 7.3 million viewers! That is twice the viewers for an average episode of Zoey.
I guess Jamie Lynn's own scandal is as good for popularity as big sis' Britney's scandals.
Jamie Lynn was also spotted out in public, with mother of the year Lynn Spears, for the first time since her announcement. Jamie is snapped carrying a GED book. Stay in school kids!
