The Critics Choice awards aired last night, on my favorite channel VH1. It was a nice lil' event. I wish it woulda got a little more publicity, especially since the Golden Globes were canceled.
A couple hot points of the show; Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, looked fierce as always. It seemed every time the cameras panned them they were all over each other! Javier Bardem made a couple speeches that took forever and he needed a bi-lingual dictionary. Julie Christie some how beat Angelina Jolie and got Best Actress-maybe they never saw a Mighty Heart, it was fabulous, Ange deserved it. George Clooney made a funny at Jamie Lynn's expense, when asked how he felt about Nicole Kidman being pregnant, he responded with "At least she's older than 16!"
