In the new issue of Cosmo Girl, Petey Wentz says "Girls don't need to cake on makeup to be hot". Maybe he's never looked at himself or that girlfriend of his. I can't remember the last time I saw Petey without any make up on, and Ashlee Simpson's face isn't even hers. Maybe boy's just need makeup and girls just need plastic surgery?
