Fallen American Idol contestant, Jessica Sierra, has been let out of jail. She was sentanced to three years probation as well as a mandatory one year in rehab. This is result of her getting into a bar brawl while heavilly intoxicated in December.
While in jail, a sex tape featuring Jessica was released, and she also found out she was preggers while in the clink too. Jessica will be featured in VH1's upcoming Celebrity Rehab, which was filmed last year and obviously didn't work out for her. The show premieres on January 10th, hosted by Dr.Drew, and also features Daniel Baldwin, Chyna, Mary Carey and Brigette Nielsen.
