Page Six is reporting that on New Years Eve, Princess Avril Lavigne threw a temper tantrum at the hot spot Prive. It says that Lil' Jon stole the microphone, and did the countdown. Witnesses say that she grabbed equally-turdalicious-fake-punk-rocker husband Deryck Whibley, and whined "I wanted to do the countdown!", Page 6 reports. But she was said to cheer right up when it was time for some Dom.
Don't fret Avril, he was just making the guests have a more enjoyable time.
